• Q: How do I use the app?
  A: Tap on the app first screen title "WMM Variation". This refreshes the gps position and datetime. The variation estimate will be displayed below the updated field. Now apply this value in your conversions.
• Q: What is the Conversion rules?>
  A: Conversion rule
• True → Magnetic
• Add West
• Subtract East
So if variation is 5° West:
Magnetic = True + 5°


• Magnetic → True
• Subtract West
• Add East
So variation 5° West:
True = Magnetic − 5°

• Q: Can I use the app offline?
  A: The app only relies on the watches gps signal for accurate results It does not need internet access.
• Q: What time zone does the app use?
  A: All times are shown in your current local time.
